Don’t Buy: “Look at this, it’s different” Fashion
Now, in no way, shape or form am I the epitome of fashion. But, this is Buy or Don’t Buy! You don’t need to understand or be an expert to pass judgment.
Apparently, two-toned lips are all the rage in, where else but, France.
I like color. In fact, I am taking a class this semester on color. I understand complementary, related, matching and opposing colors. But, two different types of reds on one pair of lips? Gross!!
From what I gathered, the fashion world, like other industries are all trying to be different. For example, Skittles, wanted to be different by directing pointlessly to Twitter. Ooooh how different and pointless! And now make up, is doing the similar. “Let’s paint the top lip orangey red and the bottom one purpley red. It’s so crazy it just might work!”
Just look at these photos. Not only can you not tell the difference from afar, it looks retarded up close. (Also, apparently this was inspired from the 80’s. The 80’s were a joke all around. So HUH?!)

I like it SOLD–color combinations may become muddy, lip smacking and facial expressions should be kept to a minimum so that the 2 tone works
