Buy Or Don’t Buy

This weekend, the weather in New York was perfect. High-60s, low-70s, sunny, not too windy. If I had to sum it up in picture form, it would be like this:

On the east coast, we routinely get teased by wonderful weather in March and April. One day it’s sunny, the next it’s cold and rainy. We’re used to it. But this weekend felt different. It was late April, and the good weather lasted for a couple of days. It seemed like things were going to be permanent.

And then today happened:

An epic, hearltess betrayal: cold, rainy and windy. I thought what we had was special. Thanks, 5-day forecast.
